End of lease Checklist

Kitchen :oven and stove top fully cleaned ,bench tops cleaned ,wall and tiles cleaned ,outside of range hood de-greased ,sink including handles and spout ,wipe down fronts of cupboards and drawers ,inside of cupboards cleaned thoroughly ,mop and or vacuum floor .

Bathrooms vanity tops cleaned ,basins and bath tub cleaned , mould removal (if normal ) ,shower including shower screens ,fronts of cupboards and drawers wiped ,toilet inside and out sanitised ,walls around toilet as needed washed (not full wash,only normal spots) ,mirror cleaned to streak free ,mop floors .

All rooms, Lounge room & Dining room: remove cobwebs, vacuum floors ,wardrobe mirrors cleaned ,wipe out wardrobe door tracks ,wipe down skirting boards , ,door jambs dusted ,spot clean walls (light marks only) .

Laundry mop floor ,wipe down front of dryer ,clean sink including handles and spout ,wipe down walls as needed ,

Exhausts dust,A/Cdusting,Window from inside and Sliding doors we do both side),tracks cleaning, Balcony and Entrance sweep and mop, Garage (on request).
